Order :

Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days if the item is in stock..

If you wish to change the delivery address, you can send an email within the hour info@maisondinette.be

You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of your order and a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Payment :

We offer several secure payment methods tailored to your needs: Bancontact, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Paypal.

Shipping :

Shipping costs for Benelux and other countries will be automatically added at the time of order closure. The rate depends on the total weight of your shipment. We use BPOST and UPS.

For shipments within Belgium, shipping costs are waived for orders over 100 euros.

Return and refund :

We do not offer exchanges, but you can return your product if you change your mind. Delivery costs of your order are not refunded. We only refund the price of the ordered items.

You have a period of 7 business days after receiving your order to inform us of your return at info@maisondinette.be.

Shipping costs are at your expense.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Your purchase will be refunded within 7 days upon receipt of your return.
