Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order once the payment is processed.

If you wish to modify your delivery address, you can send us an email within the hour at

You can track the status of your order during shipment via a link and tracking number received by email.

Contact us via our contact form or by email (info@maisondinette.be), and we will send you your invoice as soon as possible.

You have a period of 14 working days after receiving your order to inform us of your return at info@maisondinette.be. 

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Your purchase will be refunded within 7 days after receiving your return, excluding delivery costs.

The shipping costs for your return are at your expense. We do not proceed with any exchanges.

Instructions of use ?

For items made of 100% cotton, we recommend washing them at 30°C.

For items made of cotton/polyester, we recommend washing them at 40°C.

Block print is an ancient technique using manual printing and vegetable dyes, giving it a unique finish and charm that many people fall in love with. You may notice that during the first wash, your new fabric may fade.

This is why we start with fairly deep tones. Here are some great tips to reduce this effect:

  • Before the first wash, soak the tablecloth in a container of cold water, add a cup of white vinegar and a cup of coarse salt. Let it soak for 2 hours, stirring the fabric occasionally. Rinse with cold water, then soak in a basin of cold water. Wash following the washing label instructions.
  • For washing, use little detergent and a mild detergent after possibly treating an embedded stain (wine, grease, red fruits...) beforehand.
  • The small anti-fading wipes sold in stores to put in the machine help maintain color brightness.
  • Do not compress the laundry in the machine and quickly hang it up after the machine stops.
  • It is best to air dry it or put it in the dryer using the delicate cycle, and always remove it from the machine promptly.
